Tom Mc Murray left Worth two years ago and took advantage of a Global Action Award – a scholarship offered to Worthians whose gap year activities include charitable work.  In Tom’s case this involved working with disadvantaged people in Africa. He spoke eloquently of the excitement and the sheer joy of his Gap year experience and left the audience excited about the many opportunities available if they are willing to stretch themselves.

This was an important message to get across and we are very grateful to Tom for making the effort to come here and speak to boys and girls in Year 12.
